All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the item using your original payment method.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders all across Pakistan, including major cities and remote areas, through our trusted courier partners (e.g., Leopard Courier, TCS, M&P, Pakistan Post, or Call Courier).

At this time, international shipping is not available.


3. Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Remote areas: 4–7 business days

Delays may occur due to public holidays, extreme weather, or courier service issues.


4. Shipping Charges

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs for resending the order.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging and dispatching your order.
